What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. Where possible, we will notify the person who provided the material. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through our Contact page that includes your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We may remove comments or other contributions, and block users, who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Misrepresentation

Please make sure the material genuinely infringes your rights before sending a notice. Knowingly making false claims may expose you to legal liability.
